only lost 1lb this week, but still a loss, 10lb in 4 weeks so far
- cca2bCan I ask how? I'm trying so hard. Am only eating fresh fruit and veg, walking 3 miles (quickly) every day and going to zumba once a week. It has taken me 2 1/2 weeks to lose 3 sodding pounds. I'm not big anyway but want to shed the excess but nothing seems to work! xx
- emma82517AUTORI have reactive hypoglycaemia, so now I know that sugar and caffeine set it off I'm loosing the weight I put on from having hypo's (which was about 2.5 stone), I'm just eating smaller portions as well and avoiding sugar, caffiene and high fat food and exercising more. I'm sure you'll lose more because your doing more than me by the sounds of it, it's probably because I have more weight to lose than you that it's coming off faster on me at the moment , Stick with it xxx
